ARTICLE III – Administration of Club Officers
  1. The Club Officers shall consist of a President, a Vice President, and a Secretary/Treasurer.
  2. The Executive Committee shall consist of current club officers, the most recent past officers for each position, and the Webmaster (non-voted, exempt position).
  3. Officer terms shall be for two calendar years (Jan of year 1 thru Dec of year 2).
  4. Election of the President and Vice-President shall occur in separate years so the terms of office overlap to improve club leadership continuity. For example, if the President is elected for 2005-2006, the VP will be elected for 2006-2007
  5. No officer or other formal club position shall be added to the club except by majority vote of the current club officers.
